This website introduces the High-Pressure Earth Science Laboratory led by Tomo Katsura. We are studying the structure, dynamics, and evolution of the Earth's interior by determining Earth's constituents' physical and chemical properties under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions using multi-anvil apparatus.
